Laser cutting has become integral to the operation of any modern fabricating facility.For many years Haiss Fabripart relied on quality outside vendors to supply laser cut blanks for our needs.Due to the difficult time constraints of meeting our customer's delivery requirements we made the decision to bring our laser cutting in-house.In October of 2006 we installed a new Prima Platino 1530 4000 watt laser to meet our expanding workload.
Haiss Fabripart can cut mild steel to a thickness of1", stainless steel to 1/2", and aluminum to 3/8".We can provide flat shape cut blanks, blanks for products to be formed, or near net shape blanks for finishing in our machining centers.All of this can be done with a high quality edge finish and absence of dross.Our nesting software allows us to go from customer drawing to cut part in a few minutes.Our laser is connected to our data network and has online access to provide remote diagnostic and servicing capability from the manufacturer.
