Employment Opportunities

Haiss Fabripart was founded as a precision prototype and short production run fabricating shop.  We have always worked to very tight tolerances.  Our company grew from our ability to perform high quality work.  Today we use both state of the art and legacy equipment to meet customer requirements.

Many of the quality manual machine tools we used to produce those prototypes are still in use in our shop today. From manual punches to adjustable forming equipment and precision steel rule die benders from American manufacturers such as Cincinnati, Roper Whitney, Pedrick, Di-Acro, and JA Richards Co. to name a few.  We still use this equipment because of ease of set-up, speed to production, low cost of stock & custom tooling, and the quality of results.

We also fully understand the need for efficiency and consistency of results gained from having the latest in state of the art fabricating machine tools.  Since forming is at the core of what we do, we have late model Trumpf  CNC press brakes.  From the Trumabend C60 basic X,Y,Z axis press to the V-85S, with 11 programmable axes and independent positioning back gages, we have the ability to produce a wide array of formed parts to your specifications.  These press brakes have stroke repeatability to .00004" and positioning accuracy & repeatability of .002".  We have a broad assortment of stock and custom tooling, all of which is set up for quick tool change.  For some repeat products this allows us to go from set-up to First Article Inspection in less than a minute.

Our Taylor-Winfield 100 KVA resistance (spot)welder is also CNC controlled.  The controller has 23 settable parameters with approximately 100 lines of adjustable code within those parameters to control the welding process.  This allows us to process many jobs that that others would deem too difficult to weld.

Our arc welding equipment is all late model, from Lincoln Electric and Miller Welding Products.  Since the world of arc welding changes rapidly we strive to keep our GMAW (Mig) and GTAW (Tig) equipment current as well as the training in the use of that equipment by our weldors.
